Annarita Eva

Psychologist, Career Coach, and Trainer, Annarita integrates the main models of Humanistic Psychology – Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Archetypal Psychology, and Psychogenealogy – to support the evolution of the Person in both individual and organizational dimensions, and to sustain the motivation and performance of teams.

With a degree in Humanities and Social Communication, she earned a second degree in Work and Health Psychology, alongside a three-year Master’s in the Gestalt approach. During her corporate career, she held positions as HR Specialist, Recruitment Manager, Outplacement Consultant, and Key Account Manager.

Passionate about the TED format, she has collaborated on the creation of TEDx events as an organizer, curator, project manager, and presentation coach. Today, she is actively involved in mental health and the application of innovative therapies to support psychological well-being.
